๐ŸŽ™๏ธThis is not a scripted ad, and it is never a "snap back" video. Your honest recovery is the content.

๐Ÿง  The Why: What Your Viewer Needs to Understand

The one idea at the heart of the video: these aren't leggings, they're recovery wear. Pregnancy stretched out the muscular corset that held her middle together. After birth that corset is offline, so nothing braces her core and her back does all the work. The leggings take over the bracing job while her body does the actual healing.

๐Ÿคฑ What's actually happening to a postpartum body

Her abdominal wall is stretched, often separated (diastasis recti). Her pelvic floor is weakened. Her joints are still loose from relaxin, and she's swollen with fluid her body is slowly shedding.

What that feels like: wobbly and unsupported through the middle, rolling sideways out of bed, back pain by noon, swollen ankles by evening, and nothing to wear that doesn't dig or hurt. This is universal, vaginal or C-section, first baby or third.

๐Ÿšซ Why the usual options fail her

Regular leggings: zero support, just fabric.

Belly band: braces one zone, runs hot, and gets ripped off every time she nurses. Ends up in a drawer by week two.

Shapewear: built for how she looks, not how she heals.

Oversized clothes: hiding, not support.

๐Ÿฉท What the leggings actually do

High-rise core panel: an external brace that gently holds the abdominal wall together, so she's not white-knuckle bracing every time she stands or lifts.

Gentle targeted compression (belly, hips, back): light, even pressure that helps bring the lingering postpartum swelling down.

Wide, smooth waistband: sits above a C-section incision. No digging, rolling, or rubbing on the sore line.

Braced core = back relief: because the middle is held, the lower back stops doing all the work. Less of that "broken by noon" ache.

Tapered leg compression: helps bring down swelling in calves and ankles.

4-way stretch through the pelvis: gentle counter-pressure that eases the heavy, dragging feeling. Pairs with pelvic floor PT; it's support, not a cure.

The honest framing that always works, say it on camera: "The leggings don't heal you, your body does that. They're a scaffold that supports you, relieves your back, and helps the swelling come down while you recover." Saying this out loud makes the video more persuasive, not less.

๐Ÿ—ฃ๏ธ Angles That Work

Four directions that have worked well for us, with openers you can steal. Use whatever is real to you: one of these, a mix, or your own. Authenticity beats coverage.

๐Ÿงต A. Postpartum healing support

The story of feeling loose, weak, and unsupported, and finally feeling held together. Explaining WHY everything feels loose (the stretched corset, the weak pelvic floor, relaxin) works really well here.

"If you sneeze and pee, or feel like something might fall out when you stand, watch this."
"I didn't realize how unsupported I felt until I put these on."
๐Ÿฅ B. C-section recovery

If you had a C-section, this is your angle. The one place a waistband can't go, and the wide waistband that sits above the incision. "First pants I could wear without flinching."

"If you just had a C-section and every waistband feels like a knife, this is for you."
"I was 4 weeks postpartum, crying in my closet because even sweatpants hurt."
๐Ÿชž C. Postpartum identity

The emotional angle: feeling like a stranger in her own body, invisible after the baby arrived, and the small but real shift of getting dressed in something that fits and supports. Getting dressed without crying is a win.

"I didn't want to snap back. I just wanted to feel like me again."
"3 weeks postpartum and I didn't recognize the person in the mirror."
๐ŸŽฝ D. vs belly bands

Everything belly bands promise, without the hot velcro thing you rip off to nurse. Be fair: a band does brace the belly. The win is coverage plus wearability.

"Everything belly bands promise, without the hot velcro thing you rip off to nurse."

โš–๏ธ vs Belly Bands, Point by Point

Great as an on-screen graphic or a spoken run-through. Be fair to the band; the honest contrast is what converts.

๐ŸŽฅ Filming: The Shots That Convince

Capture as many of these as you naturally can, in 16:9:

๐ŸŽฏWaistband above the scar: show or gesture where a normal waistband hits vs where the high-rise sits. The single most convincing shot for C-section moms.
๐Ÿ‹๏ธThe squat test: squat and bend on camera. No see-through, no roll-down.
๐ŸŽฝThe rip-off contrast: the band or shapewear you used to peel off by 5pm vs these staying on all day, nursing included.
๐Ÿ‘–Compression zones: point out the core panel, the belly/hip/back compression, the tapered legs. Yes, they take an extra second to get on. Say it, it builds trust.
๐ŸงPosture before/after: slouched and bracing in old clothes vs standing tall in these.
๐Ÿ‘ถReal life: lifting the baby, getting off the couch, floor play, errands.

๐Ÿงญ A Structure That Works

This is a guide, not a script. Your voice, your story, and your order win every time. Use these beats as a skeleton if they help:

Hook (first 15 seconds). Your lowest postpartum moment or a bold line from your angle. No brand intro yet.
Your story. What recovery actually felt like: the wobbliness, the back pain, the clothes that hurt. Be specific and real.
The 20-second why. Pregnancy stretched the corset that held your middle together; after birth it's slack, so your back does all the work.
What you tried first. Regular leggings, the belly band, shapewear, oversized clothes, and why each failed.
The leggings, honestly. Walk the features on camera with the must-show shots. Include the honest framing: they don't heal you, they're the scaffold.
Life in them + your link. What changed day to day, then point to your link and code in the description.
Worth answering 1 or 2 doubts on camera before the comments raise them: "these are how much for leggings?" (they're recovery wear, compare to band + shapewear + pants she'd buy instead), or "will compression hurt my scar?" (the waistband sits above the incision).

๐Ÿงก Say This, Never That

We're strict about honest claims. Anything from the right column forces a re-edit, so build with the left column from the start.
